The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. Scottsdale, AZ, to procure a maximum quantity of 40 Integrated Trailer, Environmental Control Unit and Generators (ITEG), P/N 01-P54301E001, NSN 2330-01-556-9648 in support of the US Marine Corps AN/TPN-31A Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS). This will be a 2-year effort under an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity to include all subsequent delivery orders. The government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
