This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm fixed price quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 70Z03825QM0000005.  The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, Effective January 17, 2025.

The United States Coast Guard intends to award a one (1) Firm Fixed Price, requirements type contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to:
