This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Western Connecticut State University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" or "WCSU") seeking proposals from vendors to furnish athletic team and club’s bus transportation services for the University's the Fall, Winter, and Spring Athletic seasons, running nominally from August 2022 through May 2024 with an option of a one (1) to two (2) year extension of services through May 2025 and May 2026 at the University’s sole discretion. The buses are needed to transport University athletic teams to conference and non-conference games throughout New England and the New York City metropolitan area.
