Sealed Bids will be received by Amy Berger of West Linn - Wilsonville School District, at the District Operation Center located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin OR 97062, until 3:00 pm local time, on 03/02/2021; for the general construction of the Athey Creek Renova tions project. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for receipt of bids will be returned unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure within the timeframe indicated below. Project is estimated at $5.4M base bid and $2.5M Roofing Alternate. Total Estimate $7.9M 1.02 BIDDING DOCUMENTS A. Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract and includes Struc tural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Landscaping and Technology disciplines and work for the construction of Wood Middle School Renovations for the West Linn - Wilsonville School District. A one-time Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all general contractors intending to submit bids for the project on 02/16/2021, begin ning at 2:00 pm, at the District Operations Center offices located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, OR 97062. Only upon request will a tour of the Site and Building be available. 1.04 BID SECURITY A. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cash ier's check, or surety bond executed by a state-licensed surety company, payable to West Linn - Wilsonville School District, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. 1.05 DISCLOSURE FORM A. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 - First-Tier Subcon tractor Disclosure Form.
