The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source delivery order to the Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University, McKinney, Texas 75070 under BOA N00019-10-G-0006 to procure historical cost data reports and support pertaining to the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) which is integrated on the F/A-18. Raytheon is the original designer and integrator of the ATFLIR pod into the F/A-18 weapon system and, as such, is the only source that possesses all of the technical and financial data necessary to provide these reports.
