05/19/2014 - Modified to  (1) revise the issue and closing date to 05/23/2014 and 06/23/2014;  (2) revise the delivery schedule with First Article Testing to 404 days to include 90 days to Submit Test Report, 90 days for Evaluation, 90 days for Evaluation of PLT and 134 days After the Approval of FAT/PLT,  (3) add 2 samples for Production Lot Testing  and (4) add 4 additional approved sources for Lockheed Martin for part number 7371032. Additional sources include: Lockheed Martin, CAGEs 563J1, 1WL60, 0A489, and 98897.

GOVT FAT applies for 2 samples, Delivery - 344 days inclusive of FAT for initial shipment. Resulting delivery orders and if FAT is waived the delivery schedule is 134 days ARO. PRODUCTION LOT TEST (PLT) also applies. Higher Level inspection applies. THIS IS A NAVY CSI ITEM. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Origin for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS). This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement.. The anticipated issue date is April 01, 2014 & closing date of May 01, 2014, 2014.
