The purpose of this requirement is to furnish all necessary labor, material equipment, transportation, and service to "Remove and Replace" all Transparent Plastic Window Shades (aka: Cab Shades) at the Spangdahlem Air Traffic Control Tower in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and the Statement of Work.
