The purpose of Amendment 2 to DARPA-BAA-12-28 Assured Arctic is to make the following correction:

A. Delete the following original text on Page 13, Section 4.3.1 Proposal Information of DARPA-BAA-12-28:

1. Proposers are required to submit proposals by the time and date specified in the BAA in order to be considered during the initial round of selections. DARPA may evaluate proposals received after this date for a period up to one year from date of posting on FedBizOpps. Ability to review late submissions remains contingent on availability of funds.

Replace the deleted text with the following:

1. Proposers are required to submit proposals by the time and date specified in the BAA in order to be considered during the initial round of selections. DARPA may evaluate proposals received after this date for a period up to six months (180 days) from date of posting on FedBizOpps. Ability to review late submissions remains contingent on availability of funds.
