The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is committed to utilizing asset management principles to manage its transportation infrastructure. This commitment may require additional Consultant services in order to facilitate the completion of several ongoing and planned initiatives that are required to support VTrans in the areas of asset, risk, and performance management. VTrans seeks to retain qualified and innovative Consultants who have experience working on transportation planning and engineering projects. Consultants are expected to provide a suite of services encompassing asset management, risk management and performance management. Consultant services are expected to be delivered on an on-call basis to complement and support VTrans’ efforts.
