The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking responses from qualified firms that must be a full-service research organization with knowledge of DVRPC’s goals, experience with various research methods and analysis, and the ability to produce quality work and follow that work through from question development to final report. Examples of this ability should be cited in the proposal submitted. The successful firm must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects or phases of project(s) simultaneously.
