The Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to award a five-year sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to General Electric Aviation, located at 3290 Patterson Ave Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1934 in support of the Air Combat Electronics (PMA209) ASQ-215 Digital Data Set (DDS) system. These efforts shall include but are not limited to obsolescence analysis and upgrade, engineering investigations, engineering change proposals, integration and testing, spare and repair parts, engineering technical support, integrated logistics support, and End-Of-Life (EOL) procurements. There will be provisions for Time and Material, to ensure GE employs the Test Teardown and Evaluation (TTE) application to test ASQ-215 Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA). GE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the ASQ-215 and all proprietary data related to the ASQ-215 DDS is controlled by GE.
