Should the number of applications received during open enrollment exceed available seats, a random-selection drawing will be held via live stream on 3/3/22 at 3 p.m. Applications received after open enrollment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for remaining open seats. Waiting lists will be formed accordingly.
