The scope of the project is to mill to a depth of 2", where needed, remove old asphalt and recoat with fresh asphalt, returning to the orginal thickness before milling. The drainage of the parking lot must operate properly as before. Parking lot needs to be striped and sealed. The amount of parking spaces will depend on the amount required by law or available space.
