PRESOLICITATION NOTICE---------------------------------------------------------
A solicitation will be posted this month for removal of existing metal roofing components and installation of new roofing materials for a complete weather tight roofing system. Trim and associated structures work is also required.

The roof area is estimated to be approximately 1,870 SF but final determination of roof area and all material quantities are the responsibility of the contractor. There are approximately 19 roof vent penetrations of various sizes. Final determination of number of roof vent penetrations and material quantity requirements are the responsibility of the contractor.

The project is located at the US Forest Service's Mt Hebron Work Center, Goosenest Ranger District. The building is known as the Aspen Barracks which is located in the northeast corner of the USFS property at the Mt Hebron Work Center.

Questions will not be answered until the solicitation is posted.
Estimated start date is July 1, 2018. 14-day POP.
