The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NLSC in Grandview, MO intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 2000 batteries. This acquisition is being processed under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No.1305M222QNAAA0033. This RFQ and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02. The line items shall be provided in accordance with the specifications listed in the attached solicitation SF- 1449 document.

the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement.
