This project consists of improvements at Ashcroft/Holland alley from Peach to Homsy. The construction shall consist of, but not be limited to, reconstruction of the existing alley, constructing a new valley gutter, concrete drive approaches and adjusting existing utilities to grade. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: Bid Proposal: Ashcroft/Holland Alley.
