This project includes the rehabilitation of water lines and the replacement of wastewater lines in the College Hills Woodlands area, in the vicinity of Munson Avenue, Gilchrist Avenue, Ashburn Avenue and Francis Drive. The water distribution lines are in need of replacement due to an increase in service disruptions caused by deteriorating lines and inadequate fire protection due to the existence of smaller lines within the respective area. Project Estimate is $ 370,000 A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at Heart of Aggieland Multipurpose Room, located at 1101 Texas Ave, 3rd Floor, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 20, 2023. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
