The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Facilities, Security, and Contracting (FSC) has a requirement for ASG Software Renewal. It is the intent of FSC to award a contract on a sole-source basis for a period of one year ASG Federal Inc. 2551 Dulles View Dr. 200, Herndon, VA 20171-5219. This sole- source award will be in accordance with the authority set-forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work.
Interested parties may identify their interest by responding within 3 days after this announcement with complete information, including pricing information, and their ability to provide this service or supply. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. However, all inquiries received within 2 days after the date of this publication, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement.
