6.  a. Will the Government allow prime vendor hat do not hold a private security license with the Afghan MOI to bid on this RFP?  Anyone can bid however, in order for a contract to be awarded the contractor must be on the approved Minstry of Interior List.

b. Will a prime venedor's partner's past performance be weighed the same as the prime vendor's?  See 52.212-2 Addendum, Past Performance is considered a subfactor and is weighed neutral, pass, fail

7.  Will the Government remove the "no identifying contractor information" on other than the Cover Page of the RFP requirement?  Yes

9. Are there labor categories/positions that are considered by the Government to be key personnel?  Site Manger & Shift Supervisors
