2. Will the USG provide internet (NIPR) access to the Site Manager's office in addition to the landline provided by the USG? Yes, provided the Site Manager has at least a Secret Clearance
3. What is the size of the perimeter at BAK DC? 510M
4. How many NVGs will be required? 8 minimum
5. How many vehicles will be required for inter-site movement? None
6. Will the government consider establishing a minimum requirement for the site manager to be a US/NATO Expat with a secret clearance and at least one year of experience working overseas managing static security operations? YES
7. If the government requires the Site Manager to be a US/NATO Expat, will DFAC support be authorized for this position? YEs
8. Will the government consider establishing a minimum requirement for the shift supervisorsto be English/Dari speaking TCNs with at least one year of experience working overseas as a supervisor and/or a guard commander in support of static security operations? YES
