The USG is competing this requirement via full and open competition. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The successful awardee shall be registered in SAM at the time of proposal submission.
The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year with four one-year option periods.
The place of performance will be throughout the country of Afghanistan.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, and quality control in support of the ASG-A to perform public work services to the standards described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide adequate Program management to ensure effective management for the North and South regions of the CJOA-A, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, HVAC Technicians, Welders, and Generator Technicians qualified to perform support services throughout Afghanistan. The U.S. Government will provide all equipment, vehicles, materials, supplies, office space, except as defined in Part 4, Contractor Furnished Items and Services section.
Project Managers/Alternates shall have an active SECRET security clearance at the time of proposal submission. All other staff shall be American citizens or Other Country Nationals (OCNs)
