If mailed sets are requested, add $25.00 non-refundable deposit for each set for postage and handling. Deposits on the first 2 sets are fully refundable to all bonafide prime Bidders upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The deposit of all other sets of documents will be refunded 50% upon return of documents as stated above. The low bidder and all sub-contractors that are low shall only be entitled to their deposit back upon safe return of the documents in 10 days.
