INVITATION TO BID ASCENSION PARISH JAIL - FEEDING INMATES Invitation to bid on staple foods, canned goods, bread, coffee, dairy products, produce, frozen food, and meat, for a period of six (6) months for feeding inmates by items listed on bid specifications. Successful bids will enter into a contract commencing January 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2011. Complete specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, Courthouse Building, Donaldsonville, LA, during regular working hours. A monthly statement of charges shall be submitted to the Sheriff’s Office and monthly invoices shall be paid by the 10th of the month. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid for Feeding Inmates", and delivered or mailed to the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, 300 Houmas Street, Suite E, P.O.
