The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an Asbestos, Lead Base Paint sampling, abatement, Clean-up and Environmental Services to support the Moody AFB. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed Five (5) years. Please see below Statement of Work for details on the services requested.
