The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter negotiations, on a non-competitive basis, to Eagle Force Inc, Uniontown, OH 44685, for AS9100 subject matter expert consulting services to assist in AIRWorks AS9100 certification.   

This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Significant duplication of costs would be incurred by the Government if any source other than Eagle Force Inc were to perform the services being procured.  Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
