Delivery: All material shall be delivered to the City of Palo Alto Municipal Service Center bunkers within five (5) business days of each work request. Prices quoted for deliveries shall remain firm for each period listed and shall include all applicable fees, transportation, delivery charges, and all other incidentals as necessary to perform the requirements of this RFQ. Pricing shall also include an allowance for fuel price increase during the contract. Requests for price adjustment during the contract period will not be allowed. In the event, that the City receives materials that do not meet the specification outlined in “Section B. Material Specifications”, the City may reject the load/delivery.
