Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, quality control and other items, necessary to provide AS 9100/9110 Gap Analysis and Certification Consulting Services required in support of LEMC mission programs. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS is attached). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be 2020. The procurement is currently a 100%, Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, the size standard is $16,500,000.00 and the service code is B506; the NAICS description is Data Analyses - Other than Scientific. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0018 will be released on or about 06 APR 2020, with a closing date on or about 20 APR 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
