The City of Davenport is accepting bids for two (2) new Aruba SAN switches. Equipment must be "new in box" and carry the full factory warranty from the manufacturer. No additional coverage or installation services are required or desired. Provide a per item price; the system will calculate the extended price total. The City reserves the right to alter quantities of submitted items. Pricing should include all shipping, warranty, and any other costs related to purchasing these items. Pricing should be free of any sales tax. Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted. All questions must be submitted electronically under the Questions tab or emailed to Purchasing.
