The objective of this activity is to construct a marine artificial reef by construction and deploying at least 15 concrete prefabricated artificial reef modules, at least four (4) feet tall with a base diameter of at least five (5) feet and a minimum weight of at least one (1) ton, at a single location within the Brevard County Artificial Reef Site #2 permitted area. Prefabricated modules will be placed in close proximity to each other in a grid pattern (no more than 30 feet apart) at the deployment site location within the boundaries of the permitted area. The site is located approximately 15.5 nautical miles on a bearing of 94 degrees from Port Canaveral, Florida in the Atlantic Ocean at a depth of approximately 83 feet.
