Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1,Sole source justification is based on Sportstek Medical Inc having the exclusive distributorship for proprietary Arthrex items and supplies used in conjunction with instrumentation that the government currently owns. Additionally, Arthrex items provided through Sportstek Medical Inc are patient specific and surgeon specified for a variety of Orthopaedic surgical cases.
