This equipment must be compatible with the current equipment that the FBI currently owns. This requirement will be on a Firm Fixed Price One Time Buy. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423490. Arrowhead Scientific, LLC is the only source available to meet the FBI’s requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
