The US Military Academy at West Point is looking for sources that can provide the following:

+ A hotel and conference facility 
+ Must not present the perception that our meeting is primarily for leisurely activities such as gambling or other forms of entertainment
+ Must be available on the 29th and 30th of November 2012
+ Must be within 3 hours of West Point, NY and Aberdeen, MD
+ Must be large enough to provide lodging for 150 or more guests
+ Must have no gambling apparatuses in the lobby
+ Require four meeting rooms and one great hall
+ Wireless internet for all registered conference attendees
+ Catering services for meals
