W912EE - DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, required to complete Emergency Repairs at Arkabutla Dam. the principal features of work include mobilization and demobilization;
concrete removal; excavation and backfill; control of water; installation of relief wells, piezometers, concrete, and erosion control; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection.

THIS SOLICITATION CONTAINS DEFINITIVE RESPONSIBLITY CRITERIA AS A PRECONDITION TO AWARD (SEE THE DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THE SOLICIATION).
