The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Austhink, Unit 15, 233 Cardigan St, Carlton, VI 3053 AUS. This procurement is for argument mapping fundamental training and coordination. The action is in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties must respond within 15 days of this notice with a written statement. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
