This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N62306-12-Q-M301. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-53 and DFARS Changes Notice 20111021. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source fixed price purchase order to CLS America Inc., Landover, MD pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for renewal of communications subscriptions for data buoys with coverage through 30 Sep 2012, under the ARGOS Platform Transmitter Terminal (PTT) Joint Tariff Agreement (JTA). Requirement includes an option for coverage through 30 Sep 2013. Total estimated value of this action is $325,000.00. This requirement for commercial items will be processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5.
