The purpose of solicitation amendment 0001 is to extend the offeror due date from monday 08/10/2020 at 2:00pm EST to monday 08/17/2020 at 2:00pm EST

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0002 is to extend the offeror due date from monday 08/17/2020 at 2:00pm EST to monday 08/24/2020 at 2:00pm EST

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0003 is to extend the offeror due date from monday 08/24/2020 at 2:00PM EST to monday 08/31/2020 at 2:00 PM EST and to incorporate FAR Clauses 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-25 by full reference.

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0004 is to extend the offeror due date from 08/31/2020 at 2:00PM EST to 09/01//2020 at 2:00 PM EST, to remove requirements from Section L "Instructions to Offerors", and to add CLIN 0004 for Not Separately Priced Certificate of Conformance and Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Data CDRLS in Section B Schedule.

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0005 is to reopen the solicitation with a close date of 09/23/2021 at 2:00 PM EST, to change from unrestricted, to a 100% small business set aside, to add and delete clauses, update section F required delivery schedule to ARF Radome first article (CLIN 0001) delivered 28 weeks after date of contact, and remaining ARF Radomes (CLIN 0002) delivered 24 weeks after first article acceptance, to update instructions in “Instructions to Offerors” in Section L and “Technical Acceptability” in Section M to include required submission of milestone schedule and statement of compliance of technical requirements, and to update CLIN 0004 to include Monthly Status Report CDRLS.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis, five (5) ARF Radomes. The associated drawings are classified as Distro D .  Individuals with an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration, may request to pick up these drawings through DoD SAFE, by sending in email request to [email protected]. Subject of email shall be titled "N6660420Q8088 Drawing Request" . The body of the email shall include the company name, cage code, and full name of the requestor. 

This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334419. The small business size standard is 750 Employees.

In accordance with FAR 5.202-(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waved. The solicitation N6660420Q80880005 is released and attached as a part of this notice.
