This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in the notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be used.

Non-Personal Services:  The Air Force intends to solicit and issue an award for the following services:  The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, hoses, gauges, test equipment , hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials, supplies, and parts, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform the Annual Preventative and Remedial Maintenance of the Matec Inspection System at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) and at the Contractor's facility.   The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts are provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions herein and conforms to the manufacturer's specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).    A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated.  The proposed Period of Performance is 1 May  2014 - 30 April 2015 with two potential Option years.  The estimated award date is 1 May 2014.
