Portland Public Schools (“District”) seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide complete Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for Kellogg Middle School. Contract award determination will be based upon the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each proposal and the capacity of the proposers, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The original contract will be to complete the scope of services identified in the scope of work as PRE-DESIGN DILIGENCE. It is PPS’s intent at the end of PRE-DESIGN DILIGENCE to amend the contract for the remainder of the identified scope of services. Continuation of design phase services will be contingent upon future voter approved school construction bond.
