The Westbrook Housing Authority requests proposals from qualified firm or individuals for architectural and design services and construction monitoring for the proposed renovations at Worthington Manor. The proposed scope includes, but is not limited to roofing replacement, window replacement, front entrance automatic door system, floor replacement, intercom system, repaving the parking lot and sidewalk repairs. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Monday May 23, 2022 at 10:30am at Worthington Manor (34 Worthington Drive, Westbrook, CT) for interested parties.
