Henry County, Georgia is seeking a firm or individual who has extensive, demonstrated experience in designing parks. Mickie D Cochran Park is located at 301 Banks Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281. This RFP will focus on Experience, Qualifications and Design Approach. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on February 17, 2021. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
