The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable.  The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide Historic Structure Evaluation Report for MacDill Facilities. The evaluation report has to be in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, standards, instructions, commercial practices, and as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) at MacDill AFB, FL.

This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.  The North American Industry Classification System is 541370 and the size standard is $15.0M, unless otherwise noted.  Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 PM (EST) local time on 7 April 2016. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.
