23 March 2023, Amendment 0004 has been added and includes J.05B Q&A. The proposal due date is extended to 4 April 2023, 3:00 MDT. No further questions will be answered unless the Contracting Officer determines it is in the best interest of the Government. Offer's shall included SF 30 amendments 0001-0004 with blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C completed and signed with thier proposal. 

21 March 2023, Amendment 0003 has been added and includes J.01B Evaluation Factors for IDIQ A-E Services Rev2 and J.05A Q&A. Extend proposal due date to 31 March 2023.

3 March 2023. Amendment 0002 has been added and included attachements J.01A, J.02A, and J.05.

17 February 2023. Amendment 0001 has been added to attachements extending the proposal due date and questions due date. 

11 February 2023, Amendndment to this soliciitation to follow, extending the proposal due date to 20 March 2023 and Questions due 1 March 2023. 

The Contractor shall furnish, upon receipt of a task order, all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, superintendence, and related services, (except when specified as Government furnished) to complete Task Orders for Architect-Engineer Services for projects located along the U.S./Mexico border in the United States (States of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California) and the Republic of Mexico (States of Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, and Baja California).
