This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This is a Notice of Intent. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number for this acquisition is NIH-OD3399955 and is being issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is June 30,2014. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) . The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 which has a size standard of $25.0M.  The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Logistics and Acquisitions Operations, on the behalf of the Office of Research Facilities, Division of Facilities Planning intends to procure on a sole source basis an Archibus system of record for housing and maintaining drawings at the Office of Research Facilities from DLT Solutions.  DLT Solutions is the only licensed partner for Archibus products. The Division of Facilities Planning must acquire maintenance Archibus Premium Support,Windows Client Server,Web Central Core Program, Web Central Hoteling,Web Central Move Management, Web Central Service Desk,Real Estate Portfolio Management, Web Central Smart Client Extensions for AutoCAD & Revit, and Web ACP's-10 concurrent users.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses submitted.  Responses must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 30,2014 to Ms. Tonia Ellen at [email protected].
