The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) requires brand name specific ArcGIS Software Maintenance Licenses. Reference the attached sole source justification and approval.  This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intension to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order to ESRI, Inc. 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $41.5M. The Government will consider all responses received by 28 February 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
