The Government will be awarding a sole source aquisition to procure ESRI's ArcGIS software from ESRI.  If you have questions or believe that this requirement is not sole source please provide the appropriate technical information regarding why you believe this requirement is not sole source so that it can be verified by our technical representatives that the equivalent system offered meets the Government's requirements to the POC listed.
