The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a sole source requirement for following items for the period of performance of 9/29/2011– 9/28/2012 as follows: (1) Arcgis Data Appliance for windows premier collection (qty 1) (2) Network Storage Device for Arcgis Data-Premier Collection (qty 1) (3) Arcgis Data Appliance-Premier Collection First Year Updates (4) Arcgis Data Appliance Installation Service (qty 1) (5) Classified Dist Replacement Warranty Upgrade (qty 1) The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 (June 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 (July 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value. Evaluation factor(s) include: Delivery; ALL OR NONE/BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Price will also be considered. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated.
