The Pacific Southwest Research Station, has a requirement for Janitorial Service at the Redwood Sciences Laboratory, 1700 Bayview Drive, Arcata, CA 95521.  This requirement will include a base year and four option years.  This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 

Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation and provide the required information indicated below to have their proposal considered responsive:

a) print out and use the attached Scheduled of Items as a bid sheet and submit a pricing/cost prior to bid closing date and time.  NOTE: Pricing must include base plus all option years.

b) Review (ix) 52.212-2 Evaluation and submit a minimum of four references for past performance, to include organizational name, email address and telephone number, point of contact, period of performance and total dollar value of the contract.
