The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing a 2.9 mile long multi-use trail within the City of Citrus Heights and unincorporated Orangevale, within 8 parks with various property owners, including asphalt concrete trail, decomposed granite shoulders, trail and street lighting, sidewalk, curb & gutter, a new traffic signal and signal modifications, fencing, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, storm drainage infrastructure, and two new bridge structures. Work is within proximity or directly underneath an existing SMUD 230kv overhead transmission lines. Engineer’s Estimate: $6,700,000
