NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Request for Proposals for Arbitrage Rebate Services The City of Deer Park is requesting proposals for arbitrage rebate services to comply with Federal tax laws regarding the rebate of arbitrage earnings on the City's tax-exempt bonds. Sealed proposals, and separately, sealed cost proposals, three (3) hard copies of each proposal (only one need be an original) and one (1) electronic version on a USB drive, marked "Arbitrage Rebate Services" and "Sealed Cost Proposal", respectively, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 710 E. San Augustine Street, Deer Park, Harris County, Texas, until 2:00 p.m. on Monday September 18, 2023 at which time the bids are to be opened and publicly read in the Council Chamber (per Council Chamber clock). The City of Deer Park does not accept emailed or faxed proposals.
