Services are requested for the contractor to provide Arbinger Outward Mindset course shift training that goes beyond behavior change and focuses on the mindset that influences that behavior change. The training will include on-site instructor-led services and all related course material. This will also include consulting services in the form of facilitation in meetings for senior leaders to support the sustainment of the behavioral changes among the workforce.
